receipt of your booking request our booking office will contact
you to discuss the details of your charter option. On confirmation
of your booking you will receive an agreement as well as an invoice
of which a copy is to be signed and returned to the office. |

deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking with the balance
to be paid 28 days prior to the date of your charter. |

Cancellation
must be notified by registered mail or fax. The following cancellation

The Albatros
and her crew are fully insured against accident, third party liability
and personal injury due to negligence of the crew. We don't accept
responsibility for personal accidents or loss of/ damage to customers'
property. As such we recommend that you consider to take personal
/ group insurance cover. Our booking office can advice you on
this. |

Clothing advice:
The North Sea is not the Caribbean so remember to dress appropriately.
You can always take layers off if necessary. In case the weather
is dull, bring a waterproof. Finally, always wear non slip shoes
even when dry. |
